Who is indialovejoy?

I am an individual who is driven, and deeply connected to the world around me. The variety of tasks in events really allows me to thrive, being both creatively and logistically driven. As a professional, I am someone who has high expectations for my results and a strong respect for customer service. For me, going above and beyond is a standard; I know that no matter how small the detail, it still contributes to the entire guest experience.  My cumulative experiences have built me into a young professional that is ready to face any challenge head on. I am confident in my ability to operate in changing environments, while remaining decisive, effective, and efficient. Although, I always prepare for the worst with contingency plans, I will always do the work necessary to tilt the odds so that the best possible outcome becomes the reality.

 

In a team environment, I am a natural leader who values great listening skills and understands the sciences behind group motivation. I am looking to work within an environment that is built on team work and creative problem solving.
